Tasty Tuesday!!

Smoothies are one of my favorite things. My favorite fruit...STRAWBERRIES...oh man they are good....Ummmm. ok what was I talking about...oh yes...SMOOOOTHHHIIIEESSS!
My smoothie is made:
- 1/2 cup of juice (can be oj/ pineapple/ or this)
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed veggies (just grab a bag or mixed veggies from the freezer section at your grocer).
(trust me... you won't even taste it )
- 1/2 cup of mixed frozen fruit (frozen strawberries, frozen grapes, frozen peaches & frozen pineapple) - 1/2 cup of Frozen Strawberries
- Fill the cup (the empty space) with cold water)
--Place ingrediants into blender
- Add 2 tbsp of plain yogurt (you can choose to any flavor yogurt)
BLEND... YUMMY!!!!
For a little immunity boost (a-la Jamba Juice) Add 1 packet of Emergen-C vitamin boost (Any Flavor is fine)
BOTTOMS UP!!!
